Thank you for choosing Powervance. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be processed, shipped, and delivered.
1. Order Processing Times
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) may begin processing the next business day.
- You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Note: During high-volume periods (new product launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times
We currently ship from our U.S. fulfillment center using major carriers such as FedEx, UPS, and USPS.
Estimated transit times (after your order has been processed):
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if available at checkout): 2–3 business days
Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier volume, weather, and other factors outside of Powervance’s control.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:
- Destination
- Order weight/size
- Selected shipping method
From time to time, we may offer free or discounted shipping promotions. Any such promotions will be clearly displayed on our website or at checkout.
3. Shipping Destinations
United States
We currently ship to most addresses within the United States.
Some carriers may have limitations for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If a selected method is not available for your address, you will see this at checkout or we may contact you to adjust the shipping method.
International & Wholesale Orders
For international or wholesale shipments, please contact us at info@powervance.com with your location and order details so we can explore options and provide a custom quote.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package.
Tracking updates are provided by the carrier and may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after the label is created.
If your tracking shows no movement or appears stuck for an extended period, please reach out to us at info@powervance.com and we’ll help you investigate.
5. Shipping Address Accuracy
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
- Powervance is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
- If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at info@powervance.com with your order number and correct address.
- If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.
- If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, we can:
- Reship your order to a corrected address (additional shipping charges may apply), or
- Issue a refund for the product cost (less any original shipping charges), depending on product condition upon return.
6. Delayed, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Once an order is handed over to the carrier, it is in their custody. However, we’re committed to helping you resolve issues.
Delayed Shipments
Carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, or operational issues.
Powervance is not liable for carrier delays, but we will assist you in tracking and opening inquiries with the carrier when needed.
Marked as Delivered, But Not Received
If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package:
- Confirm the shipping address on your order confirmation.
- Check with household members, neighbors, or your building office.
- Wait 24–48 hours, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered early.
If you still cannot locate your package, email us at info@powervance.com.
We’ll help you open a claim with the carrier and determine possible next steps. Replacement or refund decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.
Lost in Transit
If a package is clearly lost in transit (no scans for an extended period):
- Contact us with your order number and tracking number.
We’ll investigate with the carrier and work with you on a resolution, which may include replacement or refund depending on the situation.
7. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
Take clear photos of:
- The outer shipping box
- The damaged product
- Any visible carrier damage
Contact us at info@powervance.com within 7 days of delivery, including:
- Your order number
- Photos and a brief description of the damage
We’ll review your case and may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the severity and nature of the damage.
8. Temperature, Clumping & Product Quality
Our products are designed to remain stable under normal shipping conditions.
Cold or hot weather exposure during transit may occasionally affect the texture of powders (e.g., minor clumping), but this does not typically impact product safety or effectiveness.
If you receive a product that appears unusual or you have concerns about its quality, please contact us with photos and your order details so we can help.
9. Pre-Orders & Out-of-Stock Items
From time to time, certain products may be available for pre-order or may be temporarily out of stock.
Pre-Orders:
- Estimated ship dates will be listed on the product page.
- Your entire order may ship together when the pre-order item becomes available, unless otherwise specified.
Out-of-Stock / Partial Shipments:
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we’ll contact you with options such as:
- Waiting for restock
- Substituting another product
- Receiving a refund for the unavailable item
10. Holiday & Peak Season Shipping
During peak periods (Black Friday/Cyber Monday, major holidays, etc.):
- Processing and transit times may be longer than usual.
- We recommend placing orders early to allow extra time for carriers and potential delays.
- Any special cut-off dates for receiving orders by a certain holiday will be communicated on our website or via email/social media.
